Most companies require notification in writing so we’ve made it really easy to write all the change of address letters you need to send. Where it is possible to tell them online we’ll give you that option.

Don't risk important mail going astray.
It is really important to update everyone with your new address so important mail doesn’t get lost or get into the hands of the wrong person. Using documents sent in the post is the most common method of ID fraud. We recommend setting up a re-drection service with royal mail for at least a month after you move – just in case you’ve forgotten to tell anyone.

Stop junk mail at your address
Even junk mail can contain personal information that can be used for ID fraud. Add your name to the mail preference service (MPS) to stop junk mail going to your old or new address
